What’s in a name? We think everything. That’s why we are changing ours. 6 Degrees Health is the new entity arising from the merger of Back On Track Physiotherapy and Cirrus Health. We take as our inspiration the concept of 6 Degrees of Separation which describes the interdependent, interrelated and interconnected nature of all human relationships. We believe that humanity works the best when our connections are brought to the fore. That’s why our guiding principle is to develop lasting relationships within our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Support Staff and create an environment where those relationships blossom out into our community of clients, patients, their families, care-givers, medical and social support teams. 6 Degrees Health will build on the fantastic service history and relationships of Cirrus Health and Back On Track Physiotherapy and prove the old adage that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
