Our owner and founder, Zandra L. Robinson, found a need for transparency, consistency and quality in the hair extensions community. While working in the Information Technology community, Zandra connected with women from various backgrounds and cultures throughout the world. It was through her friendship with an IT colleague based in India that Zandra discovered the rich heritage behind the human hair industry, which involved more than tonsuring hair. It represented a delicate dance of culture, beauty and humility. Zandra also discovered that her fellowship with her colleague blossomed into a friendship and she knew that it was bigger than sourcing human hair extensions! It was women sharing the wealth of their cultures. It was women mentoring women! Working together through a common bond of beauty. From there, Zandra saw an opportunity to integrate her collective love of fashion and fierce hair and created 9 to 5 Image Solutions!
