A Leg To Stand On (ALTSO) provides free prosthetic limbs, orthotic braces and appropriately fitted wheelchairs to CoolKids from birth to their 26th birthday, providing the foundation needed to break the poverty cycle: independence, education, and future gainful employment.

Since 2003, we have served over 24,000 CoolKids, empowering the next generation, one CoolKid at a time. 

We currently operate 11 programs in 10 countries, supporting 46 clinics throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America.
