De zorg die ouderen nodig hebben, is zelden te voorspellen en dat maakt werken bij Aafje juist uitdagend. Ook het feit dat ouderen nog veel zelf kunnen en je dus mét hen nadenkt over de zorg in plaats van voor hen, geeft een extra dimensie aan werken bij Aafje.
