A certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Administrator, his work in the areas of cultural competence, generational conflict, leadership, strategic planning and instructional design has taken him from Fortune 500 organizations, to institutions of higher learning, to public schools and non-profits. He has worked for a variety of diversity-focused organizations, including Professional Development Group, Inc. and deepSEE Consulting. Authoring articles for diversity-centered websites and blogs, including co-authoring a manager’s toolkit for dealing with religious diversity in the workplace When not at work, Aaron can often be found furiously playing video games with his three boys in their New Hope, Minnesota home.
