Abenex invests, either as a minority or majority shareholder, in companies with an enterprise value ranging from €30m to €300m and portfolio companies' revenue from €10m to €500m alongside their management teams. We have developed specific expertise to address the diverse range of challenges faced by the SMEs and mid-cap companies we support, including digital transformation, financial and operational performance measurement, international development support, and structuring of operations among others. In 2023, to reinforce its commitment to sustainability, Abenex has become a purpose-driven company and commits to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as a framework for its decarbonation strategy.

Abenex’s approach to real estate investing: By incorporating socially responsible investment criteria, Abenex REIM team transforms real estate assets by improving their environmental performance, particularly in value-add projects through the repositioning and transformation program of buildings.
