Expansion opportunities ASD20 is undergoing major growth including new school projects such as the Douglass Valley K8 School at the Air Force Academy, which creates opportunities for facilities management, construction partnerships, IT infrastructure, and ongoing school operations support.

Technology modernization The district uses a modern tech stack including Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and SQL Server, indicating a readiness for cloud services, data analytics, digital learning platforms, and IT managed services.

Leadership transition Recent leadership changes with an interim superintendent and a board president resignation suggest a window for relationship building, strategic consulting, and targeted educational program proposals aligned with district priorities.

Large student footprint Serving over 25,000 students across multiple schools signals sustained demand for student information systems, security, connectivity, and scalable educational solutions that support district-wide operations.

Financial readiness Significant funding activity including a $42.7 million federal grant for the new K8 school implies strong capital planning and potential for continuing grants, partnerships, and technology investments financed by public funds.
