Insights

Tech Leadership Recent hires in technology leadership and district-wide tech initiatives indicate a focus on digital tools and infrastructure. This presents an opportunity to discuss modern IT platforms, cybersecurity, data analytics, and device management solutions that align with a growing tech team’s priorities.

Broad IT Upgrades The district has invested in facilities and connectivity projects, including a state grant to extend high-speed internet to underserved communities. This creates a sales angle for networking services, affordable broadband solutions, e-learning platforms, and classroom technology deployments.

Scale Readiness As the 16th largest district in Colorado with over 1,000 employees and thousands of students, there is a need for scalable software, student information systems, cloud adoption, and centralized admin processes that can grow with district enrollment.

Public Health Partnerships Collaborations with government and health departments for mobile vaccine clinics signal openness to public-sector partnerships and data-sharing initiatives. Prospects include secure health data integration, consent management, and community health IT programs.

Funding Leverage Significant revenue range and grant-enabled projects imply ongoing budget cycles and procurement opportunities. Target multi-year contracts for managed services, IT support, professional services, and sustainability-focused technology upgrades that align with district funding timelines.
