This office covers the entire 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Our focus is to offer superior service in Charlotte, Collier and Lee Counties, while also covering Glades and Hendry. Accurate Serve™ was founded in Lakeland, FL in June 2009 by Beau Charlet, AFPS (Accredited Florida Process Server). With the Fort Myers office being our sixth office in operation, we can serve civil process in every county in the State of Florida with ease and perfection. Owner/Operator Brandon Muscato, AFPS (Accredited Florida Process Server), has been with Accurate Serve since 2012. While attending college at Jacksonville University, Brandon was a process server for our Jacksonville office. Brandon is an Accredited Florida Process Server (AFPS) and looks forward to being an active member of FAPPS and NAPPS and recognizes the importance of maintaining the healthy relationships amongst our strong network of Servers that we currently utilize. On a daily and weekly basis, we serve papers all over the State of Florida and entire U.S. When serving foreign process, or documents from other States, we familiarize ourselves with their Statutes and be sure to adhere to any restrictions or regulations. Similarly, when we serve domestic process in another State, we are sure to educate our out of state servers on the Do’s and Don’ts of Florida Statutes and Civil Procedure.
