Founded in 1976 by Phil Belisle, ACT NOW ALARM is a leader in the electronic Security and Fire Alarm Industry.  

ACT NOW ALARM is a preferred dealer of Honeywell Security and Fire Alarm equipment and is a member of Honeywell's prestigious First Alert Program.  Of the approximately 13,500 security companies throughout the United States, only 350 companies have the proud distinction of having been selected by Honeywell as a First Alert dealer.

ACT NOW ALARM prides itself on being a first rate, full-service Security and Fire Alarm provider.  We follow the highest standards in installation and follow our own in-house motto of 'Do it right the first time!'  We simply do not believe in short cuts.  As a reslut, ACT NOW ALARM has one of the lowest service call ratios in the industry.

In addition, ACT NOW ALARM started it's very own 24-hour Central Monitoring Station in 1988. Is this unique - you bet it is!  In Michigan, there are roughly 400 licensed security companies.  Of these 400, approximately 25 (less then 5%) of them operate their own monitoring center.  The rest sub-contract out the monitoring to another company.  At ACT NOW ALARM, we simply do not believe in this practice.  We feel that you have placed your trust in us to protect your home, business and family - then we better honor that trust and provide you with the highest level of service available.  The only way to guarentee this is to operate the monitoring center ourselves right here in Michigan.
