ACTHA focuses solely on community associations throughout Illinois. For more than 25 years, we have helped our members solve day-to-day challenges and capitalize on longer-term opportunities. 

Most of all, we take a personal approach—to education, networking and leadership development. We advocate in Springfield on behalf of our member associations. And we can direct members to an array of resources that make communities stronger, more enjoyable places to live. 

ACTHA is governed by a volunteer board of directors. Each board member is a community association unit owner who brings a wealth of personal and professional knowledge to ACTHA.
