My methodology detailed in my book "Thinking About Speaking" is built on the cognitive science of speech, giving clients conscious control over the rhythm, intonation, and nuances of American English. It's not about trying to "fix" accents; it's about gaining awareness and control to adapt speech to different professional speaking situations.
