ADC occupies 115,000 square feet manufacturing space, located in Buena Park, California. Aside from 25 high-pressures, die casting machines, over 50 CNC milling and turning centers with up to five axes, robotic finishing, and final assembly processes, our facilities are outfitted with cutting-edge machinery. Our capabilities include 5-axis milling and turning with live-spindle, high-pressure cold chamber, hot chamber, and 4-slide casting.
ADC manufactures products from a wide range of materials, including aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, Inconel, and brass. We specialize in mid- to low-volume technically complex geometries and provide a range of additional operations, including in-process metallurgical composition, coating, anodizing, plating, painting, and powder coating. We also offer assembly and testing, class A surface hand/cosmetic finishing, and heat treatment.
