We provide emergency medicine to the Dallas communities we call home.  Advance ER is owned and operated by a group of Board Certified Emergency Room Physicians who live in the Dallas communities they serve.

Advance ER Emergency Centers offer boutique-style emergency care because we know and respect our patients, they are our neighbors.   Advance ER patients are always seen by Board Certified Physicians who have an average of 15 years of experience.  Our facilities offer state-of-the-art amenities such as: on site CT, X-Ray and Ultrasounds.  Our diagnostic laboratory provides 24 hour rapid results to ensure accurate and timely treatment for all patients.
