We specialize in the appraisal of industrial, office, retail and select residential properties in California (especially the San Francisco Bay Area) and across the United States. We also provide expert witness testimony, arbitration, litigation support, financial analysis, feasibility, and other real estate consulting services. 

For nearly 20 years we have appraised commercial real estate in over 30 states. Over the past 15 years we have focused most of our efforts on valuing property right here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
