Advanced Electrical & Motor Controls is a UL-508A Certified Control Panel Builder, File Number: E3577530. We have recently introduced our ProC™ and ProCS™ Series Heat Trace Panelboards.  The ProC™ Series is manufactured with a 30mA Ground Fault Circuit Breakers, thus providing an economical solution for Heat Trace Panels.  The ProCS™ Series is manufactured with a microprocessor ground fault relay that allows for better accuracy and decreased nuisance tripping.  As a Certified Control Panel Builder, we are able to build Control Panel Boards to meet the UL-508A Standards, including Heat Trace Panel Boards, Control Stations, Duplex Starters, and specialty Control Panels.

Additionally we specialize in 600v Motor Controls, Individual Bucket Assemblies, Life Extension Programs, Energy Savings by Upgrade to Solid State Drives, and Replacement Parts.  

Advanced Electrical & Motor Controls supplies 600v Motor Control Centers, Replacement Buckets and Component Parts.  We stock all Brands, including GE, Square D, Eaton/Cutler Hammer, Westinghouse, Siemens/Furnas, Allis Chalmers, Telemecanique and Federal Pacific.  

We specialize in Life Extension programs for obsolete MCC Buckets, we manufacture New Replacement MCC Buckets with current Series Components.  The Life Extension Program can be accomplished with very little down time, with exchange of your existing obsolete buckets.  This program can extend the existing life of your Motor Control Center up to an additional 20 years.
