AdvantaCare Health Inc. is a Specialty Home Healthcare provider with an emphasis on home medical equipment solutions that enable people heal at home.

Three distinct companies serve patients referred by physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, physical/occupational therapists, dietitians, nurses, respiratory therapists and care management companies to name a few.

These divisions are:

1) Home Respiratory: providing chronic home oxygen therapies, breathing treatments, and home ventilation systems.  A full-time respiratory therapist is assigned to provide continuity of care and follow up visits to patients in need.

2) Home Nutrition support:  providing both oral and tube feeding solutions to chronically ill patients who are not meeting their nutritional intake goals.  A registered dietitian helps assess patients, make recommendations and feeding methods and works closely with a team of insurance specialists to get the nutrition plan covered by health insurance.

3) AdvantaCare DIRECT: a direct-to-patient solution for a wide range of home medical equipment ranging from wheelchairs, ramps, hospital beds and much much more.  We specialize in evaluating patients and their homes and make recommendations to reduce barriers so they can stay in their home longer and in safety.  AdvantaCare DIRECT is a separately owned affiliate of AdvantaCare Health, Inc., and does not participate in Medicare, Medi-Cal or other health insurance programs.
