Additionally, our Hospice team provides patients and families with services that will allow the patient with an opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones along with providing patients with the opportunity to remember the memorable moments. OUR HOME HEALTH SERVICE Advantage Home Health Care offers personalized home health care services to patients in the comfort and privacy of their own home. If you are recovering from an injury or illness, have had a recent hospitalization or inpatient stay, our home health care services can assist with your recovery and rehabilitation. Our goal is to assist our patients in getting back to their highest level of functioning independence. If you meet Medicare criteria, Medicare will pay for 100% of home health care costs. Advantage Home Health Care will coordinate your Medicare Services and bill Medicare for you. We are veteran owned and operated.
