After nearly 60 years as Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG), we announce our new name and brand in September 2023, Advocus National Title Insurance Company. Our scope has changed, but our values remain the same. Our new name allows us to expand into other U.S. markets. While we'll always be guided by our core values and rooted in Midwestern sensibilities, we aspire to be a national underwriter. Honoring our past while positioning for the future. What sets us apart from other underwriters: Advocacy. It remains our guiding principle. We work to preserve the attorney’s role in real estate transactions for the benefit of the clients we both serve. That’s been our mission since 1964. As we expand our mission into new markets, we will continue to ensure consumers in those markets have access to competent legal counsel when buying or selling a home—as well as provide underwriting services to established title agencies.
