We opened AEC Performance, Inc. in 2004 and our personnel have been actively involved with client feedback acquisition and analysis using software, emails, faxes and phone interviews since before 2004. We've been involved with client feedback software development since 1998 as SoftLink Systems, Inc. (our parent company). 

Our cloud based service includes the use of powerful data acquisition and analysis software as well as live personnel to facilitate the acquisition and analysis of client satisfaction data, We break the data down into understandable and therefore usable information for you.

Our personnel are happy to set your performance evaluations up for you or help you set them up. You have full control of our software but you can depend on us to handle your surveys for you if you prefer. The surveys are conducted by us, initially with emails & reminders (set as you prefer) . If clients still don't respond our personnel will call (or fax at their request) them, using our expertise to conduct the surveys by phone (again, by your permission).
