AEL-säätiö, a Finnish foundation with a 100-year history, has redefined its mission as a grant-awarding foundation. The organization has refreshed its branding with a new logo and launched updated LinkedIn and website pages. In parallel, its education activities have been transitioned to a private vocational school established with Ami-säätiö. That school operates under the name Taitotalo and is hosted at Taitotalo.fi.

The entity is based in Helsinki, in the Southwest Finland region, and operates as a non-profit organization serving grant recipients and adult learners. It employs a mid-sized workforce and concentrates on grantmaking and vocational education under the new arrangement.
