On the 1st April 2020 Castle Water Limited merged with Affinity for Business (Retail) Limited, which provides water and waste services to c.50,000 business customers throughout the UK.  

The merger allows more efficient billing, reduced administration, and improved customer service for the many Affinity for Business customers already served by Castle Water.
