Small but specialized AFI Environmental is a lean, highly specialized environmental services firm with a focus on multidisciplinary facility support, environmental investigation, regulatory services, and tailored training. This suggests upsell opportunities for larger projects where comprehensive compliance and site assessment integrate with training and ongoing support.

Regional reach, national scope Though a small team, AFI advertises services across the United States, implying capability to scale and collaborate on nationwide programs. This opens doors for enterprise clients seeking consistent environmental and regulatory services across multiple sites.

Certified expertise The multidisciplinary credentials (Industrial Hygienists, Safety Professionals, Environmental Professionals, engineers, geologists, and regulatory specialists) position AFI to address complex risk assessments, compliance gaps, and training across industries, offering cross-sell opportunities to clients needing integrated risk management.

Digital and customer signals AFI’s tech stack includes web, analytics, and review platforms (Matomo, Snowplow, AWS, WordPress, Trustpilot). Leverage these signals to identify prospects prioritizing digital presence, data-driven safety programs, and strong vendor quality indicators for competitive bidding scenarios.

Growth potential vs peers Revenue appears in the 1–10 million range with far larger peers in the market. This suggests an opportunity to position AFI as a boutique, cost-effective alternative for mid-market projects or as a specialist partner for larger firms seeking nimble, fast-turnaround environmental solutions.
