Agriculture faces the challenge of sustainably providing food, feed, fiber, and fuel to a growing world population while relevant technologies languish in laboratories. 

Ag TechInventures (AgTI) is an agricultural technology accelerator that further develops promising intellectual property in agbiotech, infotech/precision agriculture, and bio-renewables to form new spin-off companies to address the unmet needs of the agricultural industry. 

We do this by identifying the most promising agricultural technologies from university research labs and small scientific focused companies through the use of a broad scouting and evaluation process. AgTI shares information on promising technologies with our industry partners and uses their feedback in determining which technologies to spin out into new companies. AgTI’s leadership becomes the initial management team and supplements the scientific team providing expertise in both business development and technology development. AgTI also leads efforts in securing non-dilutive financing and venture financing for technology and company development.
