Richard Nielson and Jeffrey Sherry opened their law practice, Nielson & Sherry, PSC, over twenty years ago in Newport, Kentucky. From the very start, they knew that helping others with real estate transactions was their passion and their focus. In 2010, their growth created a need to open a second office in Louisville. They had a vision to expand their footprint beyond the state of Kentucky. Over the years they began to offer services in Ohio and Indiana. 

With the creation of Agility, they are working to offer the same superior customer service and high quality title products to lenders on a regional and national level. After completing over 58,000 title exams and 34,000 closings, they have taken it to the next level with the spinoff of the firm's title and closing operations into Agility. Rich, Jeff and their entire title and closing team are excited to start this new venture and hope you will join our growing list of clients and customers as we work hard to fulfill the American Dream!
