We are on crusade to purge the workplace of money-mangling, time-trashing, resource-robbing, dignity-demeaning, emotion-exhausting, pride-punishing, value-vexing nonsense, and restoring the conditions needed to connect, create, surprise and succeed.  

The “IRL” in our name is not a tagline; it means something.  Beyond our certifications and publications, our greatest qualification—our credibility—comes from the fact that we have decades of experience having practiced what we preach.  And we have done this in positions ranging from the front lines to the C-suite, in companies ranging from publicly traded Fortune 250 firms, to privately held mid-size firms, to start-ups, and leading functions ranging from IT, to Product Development, Operations, and Sales & Marketing.  As a result, we can move from concept and theory to pragmatic issues in a heartbeat.

Similarly, our experience with the Agile Philosophy goes back to its emergent years before it achieved critical mass and earned the label, “Agile”.  The things we teach, coach and consult are lessons we learned applying the concepts and theory in real life--lessons that we researched, developed, field-tested, and implemented in the organizations we had the good fortune to lead.
