Founded in 2000, AHC Management LLC is a for-profit subsidiary of AHC Inc. AHC Management currently professionally manages 32 AHC-owned tax credit, HUD and market rate apartment communities in Virginia and Maryland. Our organization is certified by Virginia Housing Development Authority and is a licensed Community Association Management Company in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
