With a focus on customer service, quality products, advanced services, and quick turn-around times, AHS-KY soon expanded its services and operations by doubling the size of its existing shop space to meet increased demand. Our staff has the capabilities to repair, re-manufacture or source (new) any hydraulic component used on today’s mobile and industrial machines, including pumps, motors, valves, power units, and all types of cylinders.

AHS-KY serves all industries, construction, maintenance, or repair needs. 
All services include disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and testing.  Precision fit pieces are assessed for tolerances, and worn, broken, or missing parts listed for replacement.  After thorough evaluation, we issue a competitively priced quote for the cost of the repair.  With your approval, the piece is cleaned again, inspected and made ready for repair.  All contact services are reconditioned or replaced, and new seals, bearings and replacement parts are installed.  In the event of parts being obsolete or beyond safe repair/reconditioning, our in-house machine shop can effectively reduce costs and create fast turn-around by manufacturing replacements that meet or exceed OEM specifications.  Following reassembly, the piece is tested for performance.


    We do horizontal & vertical pump repair of all major brands.

    We just acquired 65,000 square feet (15 acres) for process pump repair and testing.  This gives us 100000 square feet to accommodate any major company needing work done.
