Aim High Studio welcomes everyone, all fitness levels from brand new beginner to experienced. Our intimate setting offers a small group experience, with highly trained instructors giving personalized attention to alignment, form and strong work outs, a trademark of Aim High. We take pride in the fact that we know all of you by name, and encourage everyone to join our family, while training with the top teachers in the area!

At Aim High Studio, we know how important it is to create and maintain balance in our lives, between work, play, family, body, mind and spirit. We have structured our classes to accommodate many different life schedules, for all levels, during different hours of the day. There is something for everyone at Aim High Studio.
We specialize in 3 primary class experiences:
HOT YOGA- 60 minutes, 75 minutes, all levels, Basics, TrIII Yoga and special workshops.
INDOOR CYCLING- Virtual Spin, Spin X (45 minutes), SPY (Spin Yoga Combo), Spin & Sculpt and Spin & Core
FITNESS CLASSES-  Barre Fitness, TRX, Cardio Kickboxing, Boxing, Sculpting and Cross the Line
