In addition to our customized modular batch immersion processing equipment, Akrion is excited to now provide a full line of plasma vapor deposition (PVD), Plasma Etch, Furnaces for diffusion, oxidation, annealing, and alloying, plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), and offline process tools that are highly cost-effective and already successfully proven in the industry. The offline process tools include quartz tube and boat cleaners, mask cleaners, ovens, and stockers.  

Our customized advanced wafer process equipment, software, and process solutions help you achieve your production and R&D targets on 150, 200, & 300 mm substrates. Our deposition, dry etch equipment, and furnaces are designed to be used for Analog ICs, Digital ICs, Power ICs, MEMS, LEDs, and R&D.
