Alameda County Deputy Sheriff’s Activities League (DSAL) operates in the spectator sports space with youth-focused programs based in San Leandro, California. It was founded in 2004 by Alameda County Sheriff’s Sergeant (now Captain) Marty Neideffer to provide constructive after-school activities for kids in Ashland and Cherryland.
