The Alaska Safety Alliance, a nonprofit organization based in Anchorage, partners with employers to identify training needs and ensure access to programs that support careers in Alaska's critical industries. Its offerings cover oil and gas, mining, maritime, construction, and related sectors, delivered through in-person classes and online modules. The organization, which operates with a small to mid-sized staff, uses a digital platform to track worker training and can develop custom content to meet evolving requirements.

The Alliance also administers the North Slope Training Cooperative, which develops and maintains standardized health, safety and environmental training for employees on Alaska's North Slope and at industrial sites statewide. In March 2024, it partnered with the Alaska Manufacturing Extension Partnership to advance a cross-industry workforce development plan.
