Most of our work can be scoped in detail; in those cases, we work on a fixed-fee basis, often with an established monthly charge. This approach plays to our strengths in project management and in the use of legal process technologies to provide cost-effective, predictable and speedy solutions. Where a client is unable to predict its needs, we are able to work with the client to establish a budget and milestones. If the client wants to have particular needs addressed by an hourly charge or some mixture of fixed fee and hourly rates, we are set up for that approach as well.
