ALL In Education is a nonprofit focused on addressing education inequities in Arizona by ensuring that communities most affected by policy decisions have a voice. The organization notes that Latino leaders are underrepresented in educational governance in a state where Latinos make up a large share of PK-12 enrollment. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, it sits within the education administration landscape and emphasizes leadership development for Latino residents and other community members. It conducts initiatives such as the MAPA Summit and the MAPA Report to document progress and guide leadership training for community members selected by the organization. The group aims to broaden Latino participation on education boards and other governance bodies at the state level, including boards of education and the regents. Through these activities, it seeks to influence decisions affecting all children and address inequities in the education system.
