Allan Rosenthal has over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax planning, computer consulting, financial planning litigation support, business financing, mergers and buyouts. Mr. Rosenthal is licensed as a CPA in the states of California and Nevada.
 
Mr. Rosenthal has assisted both Fortune 500 companies and the up and coming entrepreneur during his "Big Four" firm experience. He has helped both start-ups and mature companies grow to meet their goals by raising debt financing and equity capital in roll-ups and initial public offerings.

Christina Wu, CPA has joined our staff last year.  Christina has a specialty in emerging markets and speaks fluent Mandarin.  Christina can assist companies that want to do business in China as well as Chinese companies wishing to do business in the United States.
