The Allegany County Library System is a mid-sized public library network based in Cumberland, Maryland. It operates six branches in Cumberland, Frostburg, South Cumberland, LaVale, George’s Creek, and Westernport, supported by a county bookmobile that visits elementary schools, nursing homes, and outlying areas.
