Allen Business Advisors is a business broker that primarily sells architecture, engineering and land surveying businesses and healthcare practices.  

Allen Business Advisors (ABA) brings over 10 years of experience working with professional entrepreneurs who have looked to us for unbiased advice and guidance. As business advisors, business brokers, business owners and former Commercial Loan Officers, we understand that selling a practice is not a one-dimensional decision but requires a comprehensive strategy. As such, we employ a four-stage proprietary system:

We approach the business sales process in a banker-like manner, investing significant amount of time preparing a business for sale. Just like there is a process of preparing a house for sale by painting, de-cluttering, and improving the landscaping; there is a process of preparing a business for sale.

We serve the neglected niche, which are businesses to small for the M&A firms that want much large transactions and too complex for the Main Street Brokers that sell gas stations, laundromats and liquor stores. 

We consist of three former Commercial Loan Offices and a Ph.D in applied physics.
