Allen Machine and Fabrication, LLC is an Asheboro, NC based company, whose mission is to be successful by effectively utilizing the philosophies of high quality, advanced techniques, & customer service. Our company manufactures to customer specifications original equipment machine components, weldments, and assemblies for companies involved in apparel equipment design, trailer manufacturing, paving equipment, general equipment and fixture manufacturing, as well as racing components.

We provide a full range of machining services using CNC Milling & Turning Equipment, CNC Waterjet Cutting, CNC Laser Cutting. Powder Coat Finishing. 

Our precision welding is done using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding process and fixtures to provide our customers with precise components and assemblies to meet their exacting needs. We also utilize TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) process for the fine detail welding required for small components. Our CNC Waterjet Cutting capability allows us to offer cutting process for metals, glass, stone, gaskets, and foam and rubber materials and other applications. Our company offers parts, assemblies, and weldments complete to print utilizing our machining, manufacturing, and assembly services and sub-contracting for heat treating, finishing, and other sub-contract services as needed.
