Our selectivity allows us to prepare candidates and their families with our personalized services.  Candidates are selected through a 3-tiered selection and interview process with our recruiters and executive leadership. We prepare JMOs for their transition by equipping them with the right tools necessary to find and maintain a new career within the civilian sector. 

Our Longview Program helps place strong military talent directly with companies in roles such as mechanics, technicians and drivers. Through our direct relationships with candidates and companies we help veterans to successfully transition to a new career in the civilian world.
