Alliance of Angels is a venture capital and private equity principals organization, described as the largest and most active angel group in the Pacific Northwest. It is based in Seattle, Washington, at 719 Second Avenue Suite 1403, 98104. The organization has a staff of 51–200 and a network of more than 150 active angels who invest both individually and through a member-driven fund. Each year it commits over $4 million to invest in more than 20 companies, and since 1997 it has invested over $100 million across more than 200 companies, achieving 40+ exits with returns exceeding a billion dollars.
