Alliant's San Diego campus is located in the north east quadrant of the city in a suburb called Scripps Ranch, about ten miles east of the ocean and fifteen miles northeast of downtown. Approximately 1,200 graduate students and 150 undergraduate students are enrolled annually in a number of schools and programs

Alliant International University is a private, WASC accredited university offering graduate study in psychology and mental health, education, business and management, international affairs, criminology and law. Alliant also offers bachelor’s degree and certificate programs in several fields.

Alliant is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and encompasses seven California campuses, three international locations and a student body of more than 4,000.

As a family of five schools, Alliant is home of the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), Hufstedler School of Education (HSOE), California School of Forensic Studies (CSFS), Alliant School of Management (ASM) and San Francisco and San Diego Law Schools.

With multicultural and international competence as a core pillar of it's mission, Alliant is proud to be recognized by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education magazine on their list of "Top 100 Producers of Minority Degrees"​ for the fifth year in a row!

Alliant is also proud to be recognized for its support of military students and their families. Alliant was named a "Top Military Friendly University"​ in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 by G.I. Jobs magazine and in 2013 and 2014 by Military Advanced Education. Military Times Edge magazine also recognized Alliant as a "Best for Vets"​ university for 2010-2014.
