Alma Advisory Group (Alma) is a consulting services organization with a mission to foster short- and long-term organizational success through the cultivation of people, practice, culture, and research.

We understand the human side of change. The best-designed and best-intentioned efforts will be rejected if the people directly affected by the work are not meaningfully and authentically engaged throughout the process. More importantly though, the people doing the work must be engaged because they have critical insight into the best ways to implement change.
