Aloha Properties was established in 1989, by Gerald & Michiko Frederick, Realtors.  In naming their company, they wanted to reflect the Aloha Spirit of Hawaii and embrace the qualities of that spirit, in the way they treated their clients. They have always placed the interest of their clients first and in 2001, Aloha Properties was awarded the “Pinnacle Award” for excellence in Customer satisfaction.

Developed to help their clients have a dependable, honest company, with which they may place their investment properties in confidence.  They currently manage residential homes, condominiums and apartment houses for their clients.
