Alomia Group Real Estate brokered by Keller Williams Portland Central is led by Javier Alomia.  A 17 year veteran with over 400+ million dollars in sales and over 800 sales under his belt in both Oregon & Washington.

Building his growing reputation through hard work, client advocacy, and innovative thinking, Javier sets his expectations high.  He quickly became the go-to Realtor inside the RE/MAX network and a well trusted and preferred Broker within Portland's Housing non-profit organizations.  Javier's seasoned experience, sharp instincts, foresight and ability to anticipate market trends, enables him to lead and create opportunities for buyers and sellers in up, down, volatile and changing markets.  Javier is a strong and savvy negotiator whether his client is the buyer or the seller.  

Javier's work has been punctuated by his involvement with the local community.  He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at Hacienda CDC.  He has also been a longtime partner and preferred Real Estate Broker at the Portland Housing Center where he has taught home buying classes since 2006.  Having helped hundreds of first time homebuyers achieve homeownership has been one of the most rewarding aspects of his career, this is why he still takes the time to represent Portland Housing Center clients exclusively.
