Company Overview When Charlie Hall started Alpine Valley in 1990, he had vision of creating a water company based on old-fashioned values like integrity, honesty, and superb customer service. He learned his way around the water business while working in Chicago. Full of entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to start his own venture after moving back to his hometown of Cincinnati. From the start, Charlie's main priority was delivering the highest quality products to customers and a level of service that always exceeded expectations. The company's first offerings included delivery of 5-gallon bottled water, water coolers, and small package water products. Because Alpine Valley is dedicated to anticipating customers needs, the company began distributing coffee, tea, and related products in January of 2005.
