Alsum Farms & Produce is a vertically integrated, family-owned operation that grows, packs, and ships fresh produce from Wisconsin. It cultivates 3,000 acres of Wisconsin Healthy Grown Certified potatoes and allocates land for pollinator habitat and prairie restoration to support a sustainable food supply along the lower Wisconsin River Valley and in the central sands. Based in Cambria, Wisconsin, and founded in 1973, the company operates more than 150,000 square feet of production and warehouse facilities and runs its own logistics capability to move product to customers domestically.

As a national distributor of Wisconsin potatoes and onions, Alsum also offers a broad line of 300 fruits and vegetables in the Midwest, including locally grown produce. Its transportation arm, Alsum Transport, serves retail and foodservice customers nationwide with a fleet of tractors and refrigerated trailers. In 2023, the company announced the appointment of a Director of Sales & Business Development.
