ABC US is headquartered in Bryan (Northwestern), Ohio, on the site of the former Trufast Corporation, which was acquired by ALTENLOH, BRINCK & CO. in December, 2005. The company operates a 196,000 sq. ft. complex in Bryan, comprised of administration, engineering, manufacturing, and central warehouse, in addition to an 11,000 sq. ft. state-of-the art fastener heat treat facility in Pioneer, OH. Both facilities are ISO 9001:2008 certified. In August 2017, ABC US acquired Rodenhouse Inc. (rebranded as TRUFAST) as strategic way for both companies to grow their fastener portfolio.
