American Collection Systems, Inc. is a full-service professional billing and debt collection company serving clients across the Rocky Mountain region.  We specialize in both medical and retail billing and bad-debt recovery services. 

ACSI offers an array of billing services designed to assist clients with any part of the revenue cycle they may need help with.  We offer customized billing solutions that allow us to effectively manage the entire billing process from beginning to end, and we can also take care of certain parts of the revenue cycle that clients need additional assistance with.  The processes our billing services cover include coding, insurance billing, and self-pay follow-up.

Our collections department works diligently to establish contact and create and maintain payment plans with consumers that are delinquent on their bills.  Our company utilizes a highly respectful approach to collections.  We always aim to work hand-in-hand with the consumers to get the bills squared away as soon as possible.  We also report to the major credit bureaus, and we have an in house legal team to pursue the more difficult accounts.
