Founded in 1963, the American Concrete Pavement Association is the national trade association for the concrete pavement industry, based in Rosemont, Illinois. It represents a wide range of members involved in designing, constructing, and maintaining concrete pavements, including contractors, cement companies, equipment manufacturers, material suppliers, consultants, allied associations, and individuals. The organization's primary aim is to promote concrete paving and coordinate a network of members, state and regional paving affiliates, and partners to provide advocacy and technical support for the industry. Members gain access to networking opportunities, referrals, and visibility for products and services, along with a collective voice to influence standards and policies. The association provides project support, including liaison with government agencies, and maintains partnerships with affiliated chapters and technology partners such as the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center, the Innovative Pavement Research Foundation, and the International Grooving and Grinding Association. In January 2025, Don Weaver was named chairman of the board for the year.
