Founded in 1989, American Environmental is a professional consulting, engineering, and contracting firm specializing in environmentally oriented engineering and management.  Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, we have regional offices in Louisville, Kentucky, Fairfield, Ohio, and Springfield, Illinois. 

We specialize in environmental site assessments and facility compliance audits, underground storage tank closures, risk assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, solid and hazardous waste management, and industrial hygiene/health and safety consulting for a geographically and industrially diverse clientele.  

We primarily serve clients in the Petroleum/Convenience Store, Commercial/Industrial Real Estate, Financial and Insurance, City and Town, State Government, Legal, Manufacturing, and Construction communities.

American Environmental strives to find cost effective solutions to our client's environmental and regulatory requirements.  We believe this approach has enabled us to effectively and efficiently resolve environmental concerns, and allow property owners to realize the fully potential of their assets, and focus their efforts on the success of their businesses.
